Do I need any new software?
No. You add each customer on your phone in about half a minute. We take care of everything else.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. It doesn't allow asking only happy customers or offering something in return, and we do neither.
What about customer consent and GDPR?
When you take a customer's number, you tell them they may get a text asking for a review, and they can say no. Every message lets them opt out, and it is sent within days of the visit.
How many reviews will I get?
We can't promise a number. Happy customers rarely refuse; they forget. Your monthly summary shows how many new reviews came in.
How much do the texts cost?
€0.25 for each customer we ask. That covers the text and, if needed, one reminder. We bill them monthly, after the month ends, and nobody is asked twice.
Can you reply to reviews in Polish?
Yes. We reply in the language the review was written in, English or Polish.
What is in the free comparison?

Can I cancel the monthly plan?
